We’re excited to officially announce the launch of Flownetic — a new company dedicated to helping other MSPs streamline and scale their operations through automation, with a special focus on Rewst.
How It Started
or quite some time, we have been toying with the idea of launching a new venture to help Managed Service Providers automate their internal processes. At BK IT Solutions, we’ve long been advocates of smarter automation, but over the past year, we’ve really accelerated that journey thanks to Rewst.
As we shared some of our automation successes on LinkedIn, we began receiving more and more questions from other MSPs:
“How did you build that?”
“Can you help us do the same?”
Those conversations planted the seed for what would become Flownetic.
From Idea to Action
The turning point came when IT Synergy reached out with a challenge: could we build a full onboarding flow that automatically provisions new employees – pulled from AFAS – into Microsoft 365? We delivered exactly that.
Shortly after, We officially founded Flownetic. Our mission is simple: help other MSPs implement powerful, scalable automations using Rewst — from practical process flows to complex, high-impact crates.
What Makes Flownetic Different?
We’ve been running Rewst internally for over 2 years, and here’s what we’ve learned:
Rewst takes time, deep knowledge, and dedication. At BK IT, Reinier is fully focused on Rewst automation. Over the past year, we’ve built workflows that:
- Improve service delivery
- Save hours of repetitive work
- Catch issues before they hit the helpdesk
Here are just a few examples of what we’ve automated:
- 🔹 AI-powered rewriting of time entries to improve language and clarity — even translated to a client’s preferred language, based on UDFs in Autotask
- 🔹 Monitoring and reporting on inactive user accounts
- 🔹 Ticket creation when a client’s NCE renewal date is approaching
We’re currently working hard to earn the Rewst ProServe Partner status — which would make Flownetic the first ProPartner in the EU.
